The zamak production fields
Thanks to a wide and varied machine equipment our Company is in a position to serve several sectors, where zamak is used :
-Gas sector
-automotive
-Hydrothermal sanitary
-domestic, doors and windows
-nautical sector
-motorhome
-lighting
-hardware in general
- least but not last the household sector: Nuova Framar is namely official partner of many world famous manufacturing Companies of household items.
Production departments
Three production departments are available:
ZAMAK MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION
- Mechanical construction department : about sixty tooling per year are built and assembled here : die-cast tooling, tooling for specific mechanical operations, cut tooling; furthermore maintenance is made on over 1.000 tooling already in use.
- Die-casting department : die-casting machines completely automatized operating in two working shifts give as a result an average production of 300.000 zamak components , middle and small size, every day.
- Deburring and sandblasting: four machines with automatic discharge polish and remove chips on very small parts.
