Dieses Projekt stellte ein Beispiel f\u00fcr Innovation und Personalisierung im Bereich des <strong>Pr\u00e4zisionsdruckgusses<\/strong> dar.<\/p>\n<p>Um die technischen und qualitativen Anforderungen des Kunden zu erf\u00fcllen, haben wir eine vollst\u00e4ndig <strong>automatisierte Anlage<\/strong> entworfen und gebaut, die der <strong>Produktion des Zinkkomponenten<\/strong> gewidmet ist und deren Konformit\u00e4t gew\u00e4hrleistet. Diese Zelle umfasst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zinkdruckgussmaschine<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatische Entgratmaschine<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Shaving<\/strong>: Das System ist mit einer Maschine verbunden, die das Durchmesser des Teils schleift, um es f\u00fcr die O-Ring-Anwendung vorzubereiten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrierte Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" <strong>Zinkkomponente f\u00fcr den automatischen Kofferraumschlie\u00dfer<\/strong> verschiedenen pr\u00e4zisen Pr\u00fcfungen unterzogen, sowohl in der Linie als auch au\u00dferhalb der Linie.<\/p>\n<p>Insbesondere umfasst die <strong>100%-Inline-Kontrolle<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfung auf das Vorhandensein von Graten am O-Ring-Sitz<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfung auf Br\u00fcche und Grate im Bereich des Kabeldurchgangslochs<\/li>\n<li>Allgemeine Inspektion auf Defekte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die <strong>Offline\/statistische Kontrolle<\/strong> umfasst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Abmessungen und \u00dcberwachung des Cpk (Prozessf\u00e4higkeit)<\/li>\n<li>Spezifischer Zugversuch zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen eine Kraft von 4.000 N<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dank dieser ma\u00dfgeschneiderten L\u00f6sung und unserer Erfahrung im <strong>Zinkdruckguss<\/strong> sind wir in der Lage,
