This project represented an example of innovation and customization in the field of <strong>precision die casting<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTo meet the customer&#8217;s technical and quality requirements, we designed and built a <strong>fully automated workstation<\/strong> dedicated to the <strong>production of the zinc component<\/strong>, ensuring its compliance.<\/p>\n<p>This workstation includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zinc die casting machine<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatic deburring machine<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Shaving<\/strong>: the system is connected to a machine that shaves the component&#8217;s diameter, preparing it for the O-ring application.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrated quality control<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:24;line-height:var(--awb-typography2-line-height);\">Zinc component for automotive trunk lifter: quality and precision without compromise<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>To ensure the highest quality production, the <strong>zinc component for the automatic trunk lifter<\/strong> is subject to several accurate in-line and off-line checks.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the <strong>100% inline inspection<\/strong> includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verification of burr presence on the O-ring zone<\/li>\n<li>Check for breaks and burrs in the cable pass hole area<\/li>\n<li>General defects inspection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While the <strong>offline\/statistical check<\/strong> includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verification of dimensional measurements and monitoring of Cpk (Process Capability)<\/li>\n<li>Specific tensile test to verify resistance to a force of 4,000 N<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks to this customized solution and our experience in <strong>zinc die casting<\/strong>, we are able to support <strong>automotive<\/strong> customers with products that meet the highest quality standards, while also ensuring production flexibility and technological innovation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container
