Zamak die casting is our core business.
Our foundry, located in Brescia, is a centre of excellence equipped with the latest technologies, which allow us to produce zamak components that meet the most specific needs of different industrial sectors.
We have 12 fully automated hot chamber machines from 80 to 200 tonnes. For smaller parts we use tumbler separators or our patented AES® (Auto Ejection System) technology for direct separation from the mould, while for larger and more delicate components we use anthropomorphic robots combined with advanced control systems, in-line trimming and sprue removal systems designed specifically for certain products.
All the machinery used for die-casting zamak is equipped with the most advanced PLC systems and quality control systems to guarantee high quality parts. The specific technologies of the machinery used, together with dedicated equipment such as temperature control units and vacuum moulding systems, allow for greater temperature and pressure stability and a reduction in porosities, improving the quality of the products.
Our production islands can be custom-designed for specific products that require mechanical recovery operations and vision systems for 100% in-line quality control.
Production efficiency and technological innovation
The foundry operates two shifts to guarantee an average production capacity of 300,000 pieces per day; all with the highest respect and control of zama casting parameters and following the strictest quality procedures.

Sprue removal
Thanks to the continuous drive towards automation, we have developed innovative methods for the separation of die-casting sprue, such as:
- robotic islands equipped with sprue removal shears;
- patented auto ejection systems, AES® (Auto Ejection System), that integrate sprue separation directly into the mould extraction phase, completing the process with automatic unloading of the pieces;
- dedicated ejection systems for specific products.
This approach allows us to reduce processing times, improve precision and guarantee a uniform quality of the pieces produced.
Vacuum zamak die casting
Vacuum die-casting of zamak is a production process that involves the elimination of air during the casting process with the aim of optimising mould filling and improving dimensional accuracy and surface quality even in parts with complex geometries.
This technology, by evacuating the air from the mould in a controlled manner, allows the production of components with less production limits and a higher final quality. It is mainly used for those parts that require high precision and minimisation of porosity, such as those intended for the gas and automotive sector or that, in general, must withstand cyclical stresses and breaking loads.
Vacuum die casting allows us to overcome the traditional limits of the process, creating products with superior quality and high performance.
