Mould construction and maintenance since 1969

The mould construction activity is the historical foundation of our company and is the basis of every die casting, which allows us to optimize production times and costs.

The internal mechanical workshop, equipped with high speed machining centres with 3 and 5 axes, allows us to independently build all the equipment we need, from die-casting moulds to burr cutting dies to machining templates and layouts for testing or machining.

In one year we build and assemble about 60 equipment including die-casting moulds, processing equipment and burr cutting dies, all planned through a schedule shared with the customer.

We also take care of the periodic maintenance of moulds and of all the equipment used for the production that are in stock inside our warehouse (more than 1400 units in total).

The maintenance of die-casting moulds is in fact a fundamental activity to ensure the quality and efficiency of the production process. Regular maintenance helps prevent defects in end products and prolongs the tool life as well as minimizing downtime.
