The porosity requirements are specified by drawing directly from the customer and are evaluated by our technical department and design office through a careful analysis of technical feasibility.

The commitment to scrupulous compliance with the requirements takes place through certain measures and procedures at every stage of the die casting process:

Study of the mould based on the experience accumulated over the years, thanks to which we have identified the optimal configurations and parameters of the casting and injection systems. The objective is to optimize the flow of material inside the mould and maintain a high process stability, understood as thermal and hydraulic balance, during moulding;

Quality system organized with specialized personnel and state-of-the-art tools in order to monitor compliance with the predetermined parameters;

Casting simulation with special software to evaluate the correct filling of the mould and estimate the formation of porosity in the various areas using as a starting point the three-dimensional design of the casting;

Correct use of advanced vacuum injection management systems with maximum suction capacity

Mould cooling system optimized over the years thanks to the introduction of different components in the mould that help regulate the temperature;

Post-production controls to detect porosities through x-ray systems and leak control machines.

Correct setting of the parameters of the die casting machine, injection pressure adjustment and constant control of the mould temperature through thermochambers;
