The Zamak processing from A to Z

At Nuova Framar we are structured to manage the entire Zamak processing process, from the initial design to the finished product. Our factory covers an area of 7,000 square meters,  of which 3,000 covered, and employs about 42 employees distributed in three production departments and operating on two shifts. In addition, the partnership with the main companies in the sector provides us with the ideal support to ensure the customer a complete service from A to Z.

Design and co-design

We have a design studio equipped with the most modern software for mould design, product engineering and internal design of functional equipment for production

Mould construction and maintenance

Thanks to the internal mechanical workshop we can build die-casting moulds and all the necessary equipment for following operations, optimizing time and cost. We also provide continuous maintenance of all moulds in stock.

Zamak die casting

Our foundry is equipped with 12 fully automated small and medium tonnage hot chamber presses. We operate on two shifts to produce an average of 300,000 parts per day, belonging to multiple sectors each with its specific production logic.

Quality and metrology

To start production in series, product samples are subjected to high-precision testing and measurements within our Quality and Metrology department, in order to ensure compliance with the design allowances and tolerances and the regulatory requirements of the reference sectors.

Machining

Thanks to consolidated partnerships with companies specialized in the sector we are able to perform all different mechanical processes from simple threading to mechanical reworking with centesimal tolerances.

Surface finishes

Thanks to a consolidated network of specialized suppliers in the span of only 20 km, we guarantee the delivery of a complete finished product in a short time, including aesthetic surface finishes and galvanic coatings.
