One of our automotive customers had specific requirements for the creation of an insert for the automatic electric boot lifter. To help him and ensure a production in accordance with his needs we have created an automatic island ad hoc composed of:
- Die casting machine
- Automatic die casting riser
- Shaving: the system is connected to a machine that performs the shaving of the component diameter (shaving), preparing it for the application of the O-Ring.
- Quality control: the manufactured parts are subjected to checks to verify compliance with dimensional tolerances.
