We have a design studio equipped with the most modern software for mould design, product engineering and internal design of functional equipment for production

Thanks to the internal mechanical workshop we can build die-casting moulds and all the necessary equipment for following operations, optimizing time and cost. We also provide continuous maintenance of all moulds in stock.

Our foundry is equipped with 12 fully automated hot chamber presses of small and medium tonnage. We operate on two work shifts to produce an average of 300,000 parts per day, belonging to multiple sectors, each with its own specific production logic.

To start production in series, product samples are subjected to high-precision testing and measurements within our Quality and Metrology department, in order to ensure compliance with the design allowances and tolerances and the regulatory requirements of the reference sectors.

Thanks to consolidated partnerships with companies specialized in the sector we are able to perform all different mechanical processes from simple threading to mechanical reworking with centesimal tolerances.

Thanks to a consolidated network of specialized suppliers in the span of only 20 km, we guarantee the delivery of a complete finished product in a short time, including aesthetic surface finishes and galvanic coatings.
